Exhibit at the Conference

The PNW AER Conference is our chapter's largest annual gathering, bringing together 150+ vision professionals from across Oregon and Washington. The vendor hall is a key part of the conference experience.

Vendor Details

Exhibit Hall:
Friday, March 20, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setup:
Thursday 4:00–6:00 PM or Friday 7:00 AM
Includes:
One 8' x 24" linen-skirted table

Vendor Passport System

Attendees receive a vendor passport at registration. Completing visits to all vendor tables enters them into a raffle prize drawing — ensuring strong booth traffic throughout the day.
