The 2024 PNW AER Conference, themed “Unite, Empower, Believe,” was held March 14-16 at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown. This landmark event marked the first conference following the official merger of the Oregon and Washington AER chapters into the unified Pacific Northwest AER.
Featured keynote speakers included Joe Strechay and George Abbott. The conference featured strands in CVI and Assistive Technology, along with full-day Thursday intensives covering Movement & Mobility and Assistive Tech with CATT-NW.
A Merger Party on Friday evening celebrated the unification of the two state chapters.
